We do this not only to protect all people involved in implementing UTBK, but also as a form of commitment by ITTelkom Surabaya as a proper place for implementing UTBK. Then another innovation is the Robot Service which can be used to reduce the direct interaction of doctors or nurses carrying medical items when handling Covid-19 patients from outside the isolation room which can be controlled using a joystick.
